Eric and Henriette
We are Henriette and Eric, the winemakers. Here at LICHTLE Wines we produce the wine from beggining to end. Our 6ha of vines are worked in an organic and traditional way putting forward a hands-on approach ; every year we try to maximize the number of times we work manually. It’s a slow way of making wine that fits in our Philosophy.
Riesling
100% riesling Citrus aromas, etc
Pairs well with cooked fish, like an oven baked salmon or serve it with a refreshing summer salad…
Chasselas
Nothing better than to enjoy a summer evening with a glass of chasselas in your hand. This light and flavoursome wine is great served fresh with a barbeque
Pinot Gris
A classic well done. This wine goes with creamy cheese and autumn classics like a faux-filet with seasonal mushrooms
Gewurztraminer
Full of aromas and power. Let yourself be surprised with this gewurz.
Organic since 2008, working in respect of the eviromnet is more than just a label.It’s a way of working that we itergrate in every job. Starting with how we transport ourselves to the fields ; always on a bike or by foot!
